: 1. You mentioned doing the throttle coolant hose bypass procedure, You may want to recheck that the hoses are bypassed correctly. It's a long shot but heck it's worth a shot. Try returning to the factory throttle coolant set up and see if the overheating issue is resolved.Well...there's so little to bypassing it really. It's a completely bypassed hose and we did check it. Not sure how that could result in anything ya know? Also, it started about a month and a half AFTER that. But hey, I'll bring it up to Greg :) : 2. You wrote in a post a long while back about electrolysis. Is it possible that a grounding wire to the plenum or any other part of the work you did at that time was not reconnected? That may be another possibility. Here is a link below to what you wrote: Yep, checked that on my own hehe. Damn, didn't think anyone would find that post! : Oh and another thing.... your gargantuan tranny cooler. I remember seeing pics of your install process some years back. Another possibility is that fins may have become blocked from lots of the dirt/dust collecting there over the years? Might be preventing proper airflow to the radiator with the crap lodged in the fins.... who knows. That's the thing. Stand back and look at the problem...it can't be an airflow related issue since my problem is that water gets forced out and doesn't come back in. It's not that I'm running warmed than normal for some other air flow/clutch fan/blockage reason. I only run hot when there's no water in the radiator :) And yeah, that cooler is getting a little dirty, but we cleaned it a little anyways and it's been fine for a few years. Hey man, thanks for the post! I'm willing to look at ANYTHING!
